MSHA’s official hotel block will be available until March 11, 2025 unless sold out sooner.
The Contracted Hotel Room rate is $189/night plus taxes and fees

Filling room blocks allows MSHA to secure competitive rates when negotiating with hotels in future Convention cities. MSHA can demonstrate that the association meets its obligations with hotels, which assures hotels that contracting with MSHA will be mutually agreeable.
